Built from the inside out

Silver Six was built by someone who has spent years inside complex delivery environments — not observing them from the outside. The toolkits and advisory services exist because the same problems kept appearing across different organisations: unclear governance, inconsistent reporting, reactive controls, and delivery teams without the structure they needed.

The goal was always practical, not theoretical. Tools that could be deployed in real organisations, with real data, without months of change management to get people using them.

Silver Six operates across public sector, local government, and mid-sized organisations — environments where delivery structure matters but internal PMO capability is often limited or inconsistent.
